Big Sale Has Started - UPDATED 07-31-25 (01 Apr 2025)
As some of you know my dad passed away 2 months ago today, on May 31, 2025. I posted it in the Members Only section when it happened. Thanks to all of you who have offered kind words on the forum, with phone calls, and visits in person during this time.
The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. I don't have the manpower, or the desire to do a big event like originally planned, I just need to sell a lot of parts that are taking up too much space here. I have been told and believe we are overloaded with Wheel Horse parts like no one has ever seen. Peeps have already been coming in from different parts of the country and buying a lot of stuff due to seeing the sale page, and seeing we are the only Wheel Horse only business in the USA that does things on the scale we do. The sale will continue for awhile until I free up some more space but you may not want to wait too long as things are being sold every day and there are limits to how many of certain parts will be sold.
As it says on the page it is still under construction and the page isn't finished yet. I've had a ton of calls for parts and the Big Sale Page may help answer some questions about what is here before peeps call. I hope that page is also clear that we DO NOT SHIP anything... This is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.
What's everybody doing?

It's gonna be a storage room for now, air lines and lights are off the wall and there are 6 new Fastenal fixtures back there. The lowest shelf started up higher so things like the air jack in one pic, transmission jacks, engine stands, etc can go under them making a ton of room in the center. The bigger shelves made a lot of room for better organizing, some shelves are still empty, and the center has a lot of room now to get more things out of the shop.
It's not done yet but may get mostly done tomorrow if things are quiet. It's been 75-80 outside for most of this week so the past few days were spent enjoying the weather and working around outside.

There was also no need to test or conduct a study for this one, the answer is yes, yes and YES.

I also took a minute early this morning to smooth up and dye the Wheel Horse bagger piece, it turned out pretty nice.

Did a lot of lot rearranging and finally got the open side trailer with the 64 Tbird on it unhooked from the Dually today. It's been hooked up in my turn around up here for a month. Now it's in front of the shop so peeps can see it going down the highway. Maybe some one will see it now and stop to ask about it, it is for sale. Just another project I'll never get to...
The Dually bed still had stuff in it and it got unloaded. It had a 15KW PTO 3 phase generator, 7.5 HP silo unloader motor, and the crossbeam setup to hold the 2-200 gallon saddle spray tanks that I have on CL. The main square tube is 5' x 4" x 3/8", a real expensive piece of steel that may be the beginning of the Dually rear bumper I've been wanting to make for many years.
The box of deck lift rods + trunnions I found the other day got taken apart, the broken but cleaned up slot hitch got painted and put on the zero turn, and the good one off of it put in stock. And about 20 other little things. Every day more gets done + organized so I can get ready for the sale and find stuff.

Last 2 pics are the monsoon we got yesterday afternoon. It seems like we can't get normal rain anymore. When that hit there was a severe thunderstorm warning with risk of damaging winds, large hail, flooding, and tornadoes, again...

The pics although they look similar to yesterday are from today. After it cleared up I got a few pics of what looks like a Cicada hanging out munching on a leaf outside the shop door.

I want to make it out of all Wheel Horse parts minus the motor + speed control. I think it will be really cool and will definitely come in handy not only to check one before it's sold but to check one out that I've worked on before it goes or gets put back on a tractor.
